This rug looks very well, slightly more faded and aged looking than in the photos but still very striking in the room. It's not as soft as a thicker rug but with the underlay it's very comfortable under bare feet. The matching underlay arrived slightly larger in dimensions than the rug, so it needed to be cut to fit the rug. Overall, it's a great addition to the room.

Really delighted with the pink medallion rug-dusk. It’s nice and bright and really lifts the room. Service was prompt. Trying to maximise the underlay at the moment to ensure it doesn’t lift at the sides but otherwise really delighted with my purchase.

Bought to grace a recently purchased carpet, I was unable to make a true rectangle; it was so thin, more a wall hanging than a rug. I was advised by customer service that I NEED an underlay, which I duly purchased and fitted. It was still a wall hanging! I returned both to the Newry store and a pleasant lady accepted. BUT, not the underlay, it had been used and I must bear the cost of it, £29. Not good enough, why on earth should Kukoon profit from my purchase of an underlay that is NEEDED to enhance the rug, didn't do that and was returned?
