First time buying from kukoon rugs. Delivery was fast and tracking was updated continuously. Rug has a nice deep pile, colour is exactly the same as the picture. Few strands have come out as described during the settling period. So far so good

ONE BAD POINT IF THIS BEAUTIFUL RUG IS THAT THE COLOUR ON THE PICTURE SHOWN ISNT THE SAME WHEN I RECEIVED IT. ITS A GOOD BIT PALER. HOWEVER, THE RUG OVER ALL IS SUPERB QUALITY, VERY VERY THICK, REALLY SOFT, AND DOESN'T SLIP AT ALL ON MY PORCELAIN TILES. IM ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH IT AND I WILL PURCHASE FROM KUKOON RUGS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
