Ordered a few things? They may be sent with different couriers, so could arrive separately.

Not in? No problem

If you miss us, the courier will either leave your rug somewhere safe at your address or try again the next working day. Any issues? Just get in touch with our customer service team.

Unroll and enjoy

Unroll your rug and give it a day or two to settle. Any creases from the journey will soon relax. Using underlay? Try the rug on the floor first, and once you're sure it's a keeper, pop the underlay down. We can't take back opened underlay.

Scottish Highlands & islands

Yes, we deliver there too! Couriers charge more for these areas, so a small extra fee applies, but we cover most of it. For extra-long rugs heading to remote postcodes, we'll get in touch after you order so you can pay the extra, change your order or cancel.

XL & XXL rugs to Northern Ireland or Ireland

Big rugs need a little longer. Please allow up to 10 extra days.
