This rug is really an Aspen Ochre coloured rug. The colour bears no resemblance to the bright yellow in the website photograph. It is really a very pale, dull almost apricot colour. If you order the 'yellow shaggy' rug be aware that you will receive an Aspen Ochre rug. Had no proper explanation as to why this is the case. Tried to sort out this issue with customer support by email and received a very poor, almost dismissive service. Contacted customer support by phone eventually and although I still do not understand the issues and confusion with regards to the labelling of the rug, the service I received was helpful and friendly. I wouldn't buy online with Kukoon rugs again.

I'm delighted with my new rug the quality is amazing thick luxurious and fluffy...the colour is exactly as is on the pictures on the site also!! Delivered in 3 days packaged perfectly too,I also bought the rug underlay and it's a god send!! Not a budge on the rug!! Price point is excellent too. 10/10 thank you.
