Great company. Have ordered before and always thrilled with our purchase. The service offered by this family business is second to none. We Love Kukoon! However this particular rug is not quite what we were expecting, nothing special. Now you may say that's reflected in the price, yes. Price point can't be beaten. However, it isn't a modern style like the photos suggest. The Boho Lana rug doesn't do that look of a beautiful fresh rug in room. It's significantly more like a yellowish cream with a low density pile count, and disappointingly a hint of old-fashioned style ensues (in our setting anyway). If the colour was off white/light cream and pile density was thicker it might look and feel better. I'm sure it'll work beautifully for many of you, but unfortunately for our room it doesn't quite hit the spot.
