I like the rug in how it looks, the design and the large size which sits well in the living space. I did however expect the pile to be a slight bit thicker, it doesn’t feel as cushioned as I’d hoped, the hardness of the wood floor is still noticeable. The grey is also a slight shade darker than how it appears on the site.

Absolutely stunning rug good quality would definately buy from here again and recommend. I bought the wrong size underlay which was rectified swiftly by customer services. Not the easiest to match up to the rug when down but well worth it as the rug doesn’t move at all.

This is a beautiful rug, however the dark colour is a lot darker than shown in the photo. Still absolutely lush but I was hoping for something a little more 'faded'. Arrived when it said it would, perfectly packaged and protected. I will order from here again soon .
