Very very disappointed, after the purchase of the first rug. It was too tightly rolled, after a week the ends are still curled over, the quality of the pile is awful, too hard, and rough, The binding is visible all around, not at all as I expected, or as the website. Ideally I would like to return them, and exchange for the quality of the first rug I bought. I though they would add a touch of luxury to my bedroom, they don't.

Very prompt service re delivery. Rug arrived rolled up and packaged tightly in plastic. When I first unwrapped it, the colour and pile didn't look very nice, but after hoovering it and laying it flat for a few days it looks much better. Defnitely a nice rug for the price I paid for it. I will consider paying more in the future for other rugs from Kukoon.
