Still waiting for this rug to be delivered. Ordered nearly three weeks ago and has been out for delivery since 9th may with no updates from the delivery company, or Kukoon unless I’m constantly chasing. Still no rug has arrived and the delivery company informed me the rug has ‘been delivered to the wrong depot’ and unfortunately ‘they cannot inform me of when it will be delivered’. Extremely frustrated and fed up.

The courier was unfortunately experiencing extreme delays during that time, which impacted your delivery. I managed to get this rug over the new years sale and I was sceptical because of the price compared to other retailers. I was pleasantly surprised as it arrived quickly and is amazing quality! I’ve had lots of compliments on it & will be purchasing again from here for a rug for my bedroom. The rug is not one complete colour but a mixture between cream and a warm beige, but I prefer it. 10/10 thanks so much
