Beautiful rug, amazing quality. Had a slight issue with a very slight pull on the rug. The customer service was the best experience I’ve ever had with a company. So helpful and was resolved fast. This is the second rug I’ve purchased from Kukoon rugs very happy both times.

Love love love it. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from kukoon rugs and the quality of them all have been brilliant!!! The only thing I wish was that kukoon had the option of their rugs a bit more bigger. 8x10 and 10x12 peoples homes are bigger and more open plan nowadays and it’s hard to find these size rugs without them costing a small fortune. Other then that I highly recommend them great delivery service too. My dining room still unfinished
