Ordered & paid for rug but it wasn't delivered to me. Numerous emails and as of yet the issue has not been resolved. I have just spent another day trying to contact this company by phone & am on hold continuously. It's very disappointing as I was looking forward to using this company for future projects but their customer service is unacceptable.

Lovely rug. I have 2 now. Only little downside us getting the crease line out after its been folded in its box. I’ve tried weights I’ve tried folding it the other way I’ve even tried ironing it.- still got it it’s creases.

Rug was beautiful and delivered quickly but I needed to return it as it was too big for my space. The returns process has been awful! I wanted to return and purchase a different size. If you are ordering from this company ensure you are happy with your purchase and will not need to return.

Recently washed this rug on a 30 degree delicate cycle i was very happy with the rug intially however after washing rug has curled up in several areas but what was more disappointing is that the colors have faded in several areas the rug was not badly stained just thought i would freshen it up as its used in a hall the rug is no longer bright and colorful it is dull and dirtier looking than before washing i will be contacting the company about this issue
