Our handcrafted jute runner rugs give every home a special charm and impress with timeless, simple designs for your hallway. Juliette brings texture and colour together with its herringbone design running through, surrounded by a soft cotton navy border.
Juliette's beige and honey tones feature a subtle weave adding texture to main body of the design. Her regal navy cotton border frames the rug and creates an anchor to frame your furniture, such as coffee or dining table. Juliette will feel at home in both a traditional and contemporary living space.
* Naturally sheds when first placed on the floor, due to the undyed nature of the jute rugs, there may be colour differentiation and loose threads are to be expected as part of the rustic natural look of the product - please do not pull but simply snip with sharp scissors. Crafted with a soft cotton border—please note the border is more absorbent, so quick attention to spills is best!

Returns Policy
- Product in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase.
- Test your rug on the floor before using underlay. Once you’re happy with it, apply the underlay.
Washing and care
- Machine Wash: Simply pop your rug into the washing machine at 30°C
- Daily Maintenance: Vacuum regularly with strong suction to remove loose dirt. If a loose thread appears (sprouting), simply snip it with scissors, never pull it.
- Quick Stain Fixes: Act fast! Blot spills immediately with a clean towel (rubbing spreads the stain). Spot-clean using a few drops of mild dish soap diluted in water, then rinse and blot dry.
- Drying: Air dry or dry flat. Important: If your rug has a rubber or latex backing, never place it directly over a radiator to dry.
- Removing Creases: If your rug arrives with folds from transit, reroll it tightly with the pile facing outwards and place it near a heat source (like a radiator) for 1–2 days to flatten it out completely.

How do I measure for a rug?
A simple trick that works a treat, take the size you're thinking of, then mark out that perimeter on your floor with masking tape, around the sofa, table or bed and see how it looks. Ideally, you want the rug to sit under the front feet of your sofa or bed, peeking out on either side, and for the kitchen table to be large enough that chairs stay on it even when pulled out.
Do I need an underlay, and what size?
On hard floors, an underlay is well worth it. It stops the rug slipping and adds a bit of comfort underfoot. No need to work out the size yourself, we'll automatically show you the best match for your rug. Don't worry if it looks a little short, it only needs to cover around 80% of the rug to do its job. And if it's a touch long, you can simply trim it to fit.
Will this rug work with underfloor heating?
Yes, all our rugs are fine over underfloor heating. Just keep your heating within the temperature range your manufacturer recommends and you're good to go.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?
We go further than most to get colour right. For the truest sense of a shade, look at our close-up shots, zoomed right in, which cut out the surrounding light and show the colour as it really is. Screens and room lighting always vary a little, but those close-ups are your most accurate guide.
