Great service, but when the rug was unrolled it had very deep ridges and bumps and couldn't be put on the floor for fear of tripping over it. I tried laying a damp towel on it and pressing it under the mattress on my bed so I could finally put it on the floor, but it is taking a long time to flatten out completely. I guess you get what you pay for as it was very cheap.
