Pleased with purchase but not with delivery. Postman left it up against rear gate and didn’t leave card or knock on door. Consequently it was outside all night until found accidentally next morning. I’m very dissatisfied with this.

One of 4 rugs purchased, excellent value for money and a lovely rug, colour as expected and very soft to walk on. We did have a problem with the delivery company, who failed to deliver on date promised and gave no further updates. However Kukoon customer service were very helpful in resolving the issue. I would definitely buy from Kukoon again.

The quality of this rug is superb. Laid flat within a couof day's days. Very thick & lovely to walk on in bear feet. Our 10 month old granddaughter & our old lab also love it. Would definitely only buy rugs from kukoon in the future 🙂

I ordered two rugs just before Christmas hence the delay in review. Order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Delighted with the rugs in my sitting room, Absolute bargain. Would love if there was a choice of rugs made of better quality material like maybe wool.

Bought this to replace a bright orange rug in my lounge, I was a bit worried it would be cheap looking because of the low price, but happily I was very wrong. It looks fantastic (the colour mix is perfect; red, orange, cream & brown flecks), its soft underfoot and I absolutely love it. Delighted with my bargain buy! Id buy from Kukoon again in a heartbeat!
