Due to continued growth and expansion plans we are now recruiting for an Ecommerce Manager to drive our sales strategy.

Your new role as Ecommerce Manager:
● The core and integral role of the Ecommerce Manager is to drive and deliver sales through the company website
● In time, you will be expected to develop and manage the business’s sales strategy for several online channels (marketplace sites), as well as the website,  with the objective of increasing revenue and profitability by building sustainable growth orientated sales channels
● Manage a team of people to develop these channels in line with the sales strategy by setting targets, offering continuous feedback on performance and training to develop skills in e-commerce
● Continuously look for new sales channels which align with the product offering and the overall company strategy
● KPI reporting to ensure effective management of sales strategy to directors and senior colleagues
● Collaborate with directors to set budgets for the management of the ecommerce sales strategy 
● Develop and manage international sales growth strategy in line with company objectives by discovering new global sales channels and managing translations
● Keep up-to-date with market trends in relation to product, pricing, sales channel performance in the marketplace as a whole etc… ensuring that we are ahead of competitors and first to market with new channel developments
● Visit relevant ecommerce conferences in order to stay up-to-date with new developments
● Alongside our photographer develop the imagery strategy to best represent our products to our customers
● Alongside our marketing executive develop an online marketing strategy which increases online sales 
● Feedback to our design and purchasing team information in relation to sales performance and products missing from our portfolio that would likely generate sales 
● Build an ecommerce sales department of enthused and skilled people who enjoy their role within the business

The ideal Candidate:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role managing ecommerce sales channels or managing a team of people who specialise ecommerce sales
● Experience of website sales is essential 
● Experience of non website marketplaces is highly desirable but not essential  
● A results driven attitude with ability to prioritise and work under pressure
● Excellent people management skills with the desire to build a results oriented, enthused and happy team
● The ability to network and develop strong working relationships
